Lantana montevidensis Lutea

Lantana montevidensis is a true rarity, striking for its trailing stems. Its spherical, umbrella-like flower clusters have lasting decorative value, bloom for a long time and attract butterflies and bees. Its leaves are dark green and smell of lemon. It likes a sunny or partially shaded spot and well-structured, dry soil. It flowers most in a sunny spot. It is drought tolerant, but requires moderate watering in the initial period. In dry periods, especially during flowering, it is worth watering it more often. It is frost sensitive, so it should be moved to a sheltered place or covered in winter. Very eye-catching in a balcony pot.
